Yes, we allow for one round of amends before printing.
This is something we ask our clients to do. When you’ve experienced the day yourself, you know better than anyone the order of events and which photos of family and friends should go together. That’s why we ask you to number them in the order you prefer.
On the rare occasion that your album arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours and we will make it right. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding order cancellation.
Our album design process takes 1 to 2 weeks.
Then it will take around 4 to 5 weeks to arrive from the date you sign off your album designs.
